How to Use

Match the rod’s lure rating and PE line class to your lure, target species and fishing environment.

Use the lighter models for finesse soft plastics, small hardbody lures and freshwater fishing. Medium models offer added casting distance and versatility for estuary and coastal applications. Choose the heavier models for larger soft plastics, metal lures, stronger current and more powerful fish.

Allow the medium-fast blank to load smoothly during the cast. Retrieve the lure with controlled rod movements while maintaining enough line contact to detect subtle bites.

Choosing a Model

6–22 g: Finesse soft plastics, small hardbody lures and light estuary fishing.

7–28 g: Versatile all-round lure fishing for rivers, estuaries and lakes.

10–38 g: Medium lures, longer casts and stronger estuary or coastal species.

10–50 g: Heavier lures, stronger current and more demanding inshore fishing.
