The C652L is the finesse spinning model in the CC Shatiya series. Its 1.8–7 g lure range and PE 0.6–1.0 line rating give anglers the control needed for subtle presentations, accurate short-to-medium casts and close-contact fishing around structure.

For Australian estuary fishing, this model is a strong match for Yellowfin Bream and Sand Whiting, with enough versatility for school-size Dusky Flathead on appropriately balanced light tackle. It is especially at home in Sydney Harbour, the Parramatta and Georges river systems, Botany Bay and similar east-coast estuaries where light lures are worked around wharves, marina edges, rock walls, mangroves, sandy flats and creek mouths.
