Wait for Your Collection Notification
Please don’t head to the store until you receive your Ready for Collection confirmation, unless our team has confirmed an earlier pickup with you directly.
Bring Your Order Confirmation
Have your Ready for Collection email or order number available on your phone when you arrive.
Someone Collecting for You?
That’s fine. Please make sure they have your order number and a copy of your Ready for Collection confirmation.
Large or Bulky Items
Make sure your vehicle has enough room for your purchase. For particularly large or heavy items, we recommend bringing someone to help.
Stock Availability
Click & Collect is subject to stock availability. If we’re unable to fulfil part of your order, our team will contact you to discuss the best alternative.
Orders Placed Outside Opening Hours
Orders placed outside store opening hours will be prepared when our team is back in store. The 2-hour preparation time generally applies during opening hours.

Occasionally, an item showing online may become unavailable before our team can pick your order.
If we’re unable to fulfil an item, we’ll contact you to discuss an alternative, refund or another suitable arrangement.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you need to make a change, contact our team as soon as possible and quote your order number.
If your order has already been processed or collected, changes may need to be handled under our standard returns policy.
How Long Will You Hold My Order?
Please collect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your Ready for Collection notification.
If you’re unable to collect your order for an extended period, please contact the Wild Current team so we can arrange a suitable collection time.
Can I Collect Outside Store Opening Hours?
Click & Collect orders can only be collected during Wild Current’s regular store opening hours.
