Estimated delivery timeframes are based on the information available from our supplier at the time of quoting. Manufacturing schedules, international freight, customs clearance and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays. We’ll keep you updated if there are any significant changes.

Is submitting an enquiry a commitment to buy?
No. Submitting an enquiry simply allows us to check availability, pricing and the estimated delivery timeframe for you.
You’re under no obligation until you accept our quote and pay the required 30% deposit.
Can you guarantee the delivery date?
No. We provide the best estimated delivery timeframe available from our supplier, but manufacturing schedules, international freight, customs and other delays can occur.
If there is a significant change to the estimated timeframe, we’ll keep you updated.
Is the 30% deposit refundable?
Once your order has been placed with our supplier, the deposit is generally non-refundable because the item is being specially ordered for you.
If Wild Current is unable to supply the item, any payment made will be refunded.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
If the supplier order has not yet been placed, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll check the order status.
Once the supplier order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible.
Can you source Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) models?
Depending on supplier availability, we may be able to source selected Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) rods and reels.

Can my pre-order be shipped?
Yes, in most cases. Shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch.
Additional or oversized freight may apply to long rods depending on the delivery location.
