Details
The Kershaw K-Texture 9.5" Fillet Knife is sized for salmon, pike, kingfish and other larger fish. The extra blade length gives you the reach to work through greater girth and surface area with ease.
The blade is razor-sharp 420J2 stainless steel, satin finished for excellent corrosion resistance in wet marine conditions. The steel is tough yet easy to re-sharpen, with just the right amount of flex to make filleting easier while preserving the delicate flesh and flavour of the fish.
The handle is glass-filled nylon with a rubberised overmould and Kershaw's exclusive K-Texture grip, ensuring a secure hold even in slippery, wet conditions. A blade protector is included for safe, easy storage.
