The Lurefans CC50 Cunning Cub is a compact 50 mm fast-sinking lure designed for controlled casting and a stable presentation. Its silent body and low-centre balance make it useful when fish are wary or when accurate placement around structure matters.

Key features

• Fast-sinking design for reaching working depth quickly
• Silent construction for a more subtle presentation
• Low-centre balance for stable casting and retrieve
• Compact profile suited to creeks, rivers and lakes

Australian conditions and targets

Suitable for trout, redfin, Australian bass and golden perch, particularly around rock, timber, current seams and deeper edges.

How to fish

Count the lure down to the required depth, then retrieve steadily or use short lifts and pauses. Keep the lure close to structure while maintaining enough speed for a stable swimming action.
