The Maria Rerise S150 is a sinking stickbait designed for pelagic fish holding in deeper water after the surface bite slows. It gives anglers a slower, more natural alternative to metal jigs, combining a controlled fall with an S-shaped swimming action on longer sweeps.
Allow the lure to sink toward the target zone, lift it with short slack-line jerks and occasional long strokes, then repeat the fall. This “Sasoi-age” lift-and-fall method keeps the lure working through deep 20-40 m water and stronger current, where kingfish and other low-activity pelagics can be difficult to tempt with faster presentations.
